THE “FORLANINI” OVERALL AWARD
The “Forlanini Award” is dedicated to the Italian foiling pioneer Enrico Forlanini, who conceived and tested the first foiling prototypes in 1906 on Lago Maggiore – Italy, reaching a speed of 38 knots.
ELECTION SYSTEM
The ‘Forlanini’ is awarded to one of the current edition’s category winners by a jury composed of previous award winners and industry experts.
